Shoulder Season: May 15- June 14, September 16- October 15

Off season: November 1- May 14

-Suite 1 $189.00

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and 14 days before booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check in. No refund after that. 

- Check in time 3:00pm

- Check out time 11:00am
- No smoking indoors what so ever

- No events on property 

- Pets allowed with notice, any damage will be covered at owners expense
